Associate Pastor Search 2026
Over the past three months, our Associate Pastor Nominating Committee has worked to develop a Mission Discernment Profile (MDP), which is the equivalent of a job posting for an ordained position in the PCUSA. Now that our approved MDP is posted, the process of reviewing applicants’ profiles and identifying possible candidates has begun. We are grateful for your continued prayers as we seek God’s guidance throughout this discernment process.
St. Andrew’s has a full time job opening for an Associate Pastor. Our Associate Pastor is one who loves Jesus and has a servant’s heart as a member of our ministry team. Our Associate Pastor works collaboratively with our Senior Pastor and church staff to provide pastoral leadership, spiritual guidance, and ministry oversight for our congregation to fulfill our mission: To know God and make God known through lives transformed by Christ.
