Administrative and Financial Teams
There are many opportunities to use your administrative gifts at SAPC! Here are just a few of the ongoing volunteer needs:
- Front Office Volunteers – Answer phones, sorting, filing, mailing, greeting visitors.
- Monday Counters – Sort, count, and process all church receipts (contributions and fees). Contact Karen Woodard at email@example.com.
- Accounts Payable (check writers) – Enter expense invoices and reimbursement requests into accounting system. Process payments
and print checks to vendors. Contact Brad Engel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Personnel Committee – Responsible for personnel policy, position descriptions, employee manual, hiring procedures,
employee reviews, and providing staff support for employment issues/concerns. Contact Jon Woodard at email@example.com.
- Board of Trustees (Officers Committee) – Trustee sub-committees – The sub committees are led by an officer, but the teams can be comprised of non-members (people with expertise in these areas). Contact Brad Engel at firstname.lastname@example.org.
