School 2021-2022 Registration Form

It’s finally here! The 2021-2022 school year registration packet is now available. Please read the following directions to make sure that your child’s registration is processed fully.

1. Download the fillable registration PDF attached to this email.
2. Complete the registration PDF completely. Note: There are several sections that require a signature. The PDF will not allow you to sign these. We will have you sign them during open-house prior to the start of next school year.
3. Save the PDF by selecting Save As and title the document as: Your child’s name Registration
4. You must complete the registration PDF for each child you plan to enroll.
5. Once you’ve completed the registration PDF, please use the following link to pay the registration fee. Enter your child’s name with Registration Fee, (example: Jane Doe Reg Fee) It’s either $125 for one child, $165 for two children, or $195 for three children.

6. After payment has been submitted, attach the registration PDF to THIS EMAIL and reply back letting us know that you’ve made your payment. We will send you a confirmation once we’ve verified the payment.

We will confirm teachers closer to the end of the school year, but we will confirm that you have received your first or second choice for enrollment with the confirmation of this email. If you have any questions, please call the office or email rmiller@sapctucson.org with your question.
