Super Sign-Up Sunday is your FIRST and possibly ONLY chance to get your spot for camp! Show up to line up in the Boondocks with all of your camp forms and your $50 deposit ready. All forms will be available in the Youth

The Moonlight Dinner & Auction is our biggest fundraiser for the year. Funds raised go to Youth Missions, Youth Scholarships, and our Youth Intern Program. It is a huge event and we need your help to make it happen! Please consider how you can volunteer or support the event.

MOONLIGHT COMMITTEE: Join us as we plan and procure auction items. It is a couple meetings monthly commitment as well as networking and asking for auction items.

SET-UP: We will need help on both April 27 & April 28 to set-up and turn Friendship Hall into a lovely dinner venue. We need organizers, decorators, and manual labor help.

KITCHEN HELP: We will need a crew of volunteers to assist in the kitchen both with prep as well as dinner service.

AUCTION HELP: We need a cashiers, bid recorders, and more! It’s a lot to keep track of during the auction and we need lots of adults helping out!

STUDENT VOLUNTEERS: We need every student available to volunteer on the day of the event. There is a job for everyone! Waiting tables, displaying auction items, helping in the kitchen, helping run the auction event and more!

We are so excited to put on this fun annual event and hope you are able to help out! Committee volunteers are needed now and there will be sign-ups available as we get closer for the other needs. Please contact Tim with any questions at
