President & Founder of GAP Ministries
Greg and Pam Ayers were faced with a life altering decision. After the loss of two very close relationships they asked God for a clearer and more meaningful purpose in their lives. Both Greg and Pam’s careers were very successful, but did not have an impact in God’s Kingdom. God dealt with their hearts and in the fall of 1995 Greg and Pam both resigned executive management positions to pursue full time pastoral ministry. Throughout the next three years God began to instill and birth a vision in them that would be the catalyst for an extreme walk of faith. Greg has had a vision to impact his community with practical ministry for more than 20 years. God has used his 17 years as a financial Vice President and business leader, and 5 years in pastoral ministry to equip him with the tools needed to establish and grow GAP Ministries as a God-centered social service leader in Southern Arizona. Greg has been married to his beautiful wife and co-founder Pam for more than 30 years. He has 6 children, has adopted 4 and has fostered hundreds.
