January Series

January 15 10:30 - 11:30 am  |  *ONLINE ONLY

The January Series will begin on Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 15, with a lecture by Lerone Martin, an associate professor of religious studies at Stanford University. That is followed the next day by a composer, Dan Tepfer, whose performances incorporate musical improvisation and computer programming. Next, we’ll hear Robert George, a lawyer who will discuss “Religious Liberty and Human Good.”

The January Series 2024, three weeks of timely and stimulating lectures on a variety of subjects by authorities in their fields of expertise will be January 15 – February 2. *Online only on Monday, January 15.

This award winning series from Calvin University in Grand Rapids, MI, will be available in the comfort of your own home online and in the SAPC Sanctuary with other enthusiastic viewers. The lectures begin at 10:30 am in this time zone and end in one hour, 11:30 am. Refreshments will be served and a time for discussion follows the presentation.
