Caring Ministries of St. Andrew's

Come to me, all who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Matthew 11:28, NIV

Caring ministries is a network of people who are equipped to respond to you in your times of need. When illness, surgery, hospitalization, grief, loss, disability and the stresses of this life visit your doorstep and challenge your ability to cope we are here to pray, spend time with you, and walk with you through these struggles.

Our comprehensive Care Team includes: Pastors, Prayer Team, Visitation Ministers, Stephen Ministers, Faith Community Nurses, and Deacons.

Our pastors are also available to conduct memorial or funeral services on and off site.

Prayer

Our mission is to dedicate ourselves to strengthening the spiritual lives of every member of our church family and sharing the love of Jesus Christ with our community and the world.

We pray with you and for you in times of need and times of joy. On Sunday mornings as announced after each worship service, members of our Prayer Team join together with Stephen Ministers to pray with individuals.

During the week, if you need prayer, feel free to use these links to make a confidential prayer request or call the church office at 297-7201.

  • Monday mornings at 10:30 our prayer team meets to pray over all prayer requests received from members and friends of St. Andrew’s.
  • Wednesday evenings at 5:40 a dedicated group meets for discerning prayer.

And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people. Ephesians 6:18 NIV

Visitation

Please notify the church office (297-7201) or use the link below as soon as possible if you or a loved one is hospitalized or scheduled for surgery so that a member of our caring ministries team can come to pray with you.  Due to Federal Privacy laws, hospitals and rehab centers do not automatically notify the individual’s home place of worship.
